GoContactless App: Auto Table Request Approval

If you were using a contactless dine-in feature in your restaurant, you would have faced difficulties approving multiple table requests simultaneously. To address this issue, we have devised an "Auto table request approval" update.  

This update gives your GoContactless App to access the menu and place the order directly to ServQuick without any approval process.  

How to do an auto table request approval?

Whenever the restaurant is filled with many guests or the person who is authoritative for approving the table requests on leave. You can easily disable the table request approval. So that guests can easily access the menu and place the order directly to servquick without any approval. To do that configuration, the owner needs to disable the
Require Table approval on the GoContactless orders button and click on save.

After disabling the Require Table approval on the GoContactless orders button, on QR generation, you need to make the "Employee /User" selection mandatory. This aligns which POS user is going to process the table orders (KOT) to the sales bill.

By using this feature you can enable or disable the table request approval whenever required.
