How to enable the 'Multi-Language Support' feature in SmartReports? 

Steps to enable Multi-Language Support

1. Log in to your RetailEasy Smart Reports business account
2. Choose the 'Admin settings' option at the top right corner
3. Select the 'Report Configuration tab'
4. You can find the option 'Enable Multi-Language Support.'
5. Now select list 'Yes' from the drop-down list.

1. Login to your business account & 
2. Click Tools -->Business Intelligence --> Unicode map 
3. In the local caption textbox, please update the name in your local language 
4. Click on 'Save'
