Steps to be followed in Punching A KOT with Waiter mandatory
Note:
Steps to be followed in Punching A KOT with Waiter mandatory
- Change the Local Configuration in Restaurant Bill Entry
- Punch a KOT with Waiter mandatory
- Click Sales > Restaurant Bill Entry.
- The Restaurant Billing screen is displayed.
- Click Config or press Shift + F7.
- The Configuration screen is displayed.
- In the KOT Validation section-
- In the Waiter field, press SPACE BAR to select Waiter.
- In the Waiter field, press SPACE BAR to select Waiter.
- Click OK to save the changes.
Note:
- Close the Touch POS application.
- Close the Touch POS service in Taskbar to see the effect of configuration changes.
- Start the Touch POS application.
- Follow the Step one to eight of Login and Punching a KOT
- In the Steward List, tap a Steward name.
- The Waiter List is displayed.
- Tap the Waiter name.
- Follow the step nine and ten of Login and Punching a KOT
