Purpose:-
In a Restaurant the price of all the items in Ac section and Non Ac section is different so in such case we use the Price level feature so that Bill that are generated from ac tables the rate will be increased accordingly
Business scenario :-
Consider a restaurant having both Ac and Non Ac sections if the restaurant owner wants to increase the selling rate of the items that are served in ac section so in such case he can use price level feature
Steps to configure this feature
1) Go to Sales > Miscellaneous > Price level Manager
2) Now we can create Item wise Formula based Price level in such case so that we can enter markup value say 10 rs for all the items or selected items and click on save
3) Now we have to map this Price level to the Tables that are in ac section as shown
First Go to Sales> Masters> Table Master
4) Now select the table for which you wish to map the price level and in the price level column select the price level and save the results
5) Now while biling in Restaurant Bill Entry screen when you select the table A5 the price for selected item will be reflected according to mapped Price level as shown below
As shown in the above Bill Entry screen you can see as the item is selected the price level is reflected and the price of chilli is increased by 10 accordingly
