Activate your GoDeliver license in RPOS 7 to kick start your deliveries

Let's See how to activate Go Deliver in POS:-

 

1. Open the POS in server and go to the Help-->About GOFRUGAL RetailEasy

2. In the About GOFRUGAL RetailEasy select 'Add on License'.

3. Scroll for 'Delivery App' and click on 'Try & Buy'.

4. You will be able to see "Delivery App" as activated with the validity date and License type as Trial.

5. Now click on 'sync', once the synchronization is completed click on 'Close' Button

 

Let's see how to create the Delivery Boy in Pos:-

 1.Go to Sales--> Masters--> Delivery Boy.

2. Enter the 'Name' of the Delivery Boy and other details.
3. Select Mobile Access as 'Yes', enter the 'Password' and Press 'F6' or click on 'Save' to save.

Note: We have to ensure that no two delivery boys are having the same mobile number.

 

 Let's see how to Map the user in Pos for GoDeliver:- 

1.Go to Help-->About Gofrugal RetailEasy -->Add On License.


2. For the Delivery App click on the Map User and enable the status for the Delivery Boy using a space bar and click on close.

3. Now click on sync and once the synchronization is complete click on the close button.

 

Note:-You can map up to 5 users for the trial license.

 

Reasons:

Whenever a delivery bill is Rescheduled or canceled or items has been returned for a bill then we can have an option to choose a valid reason for it. In order to select the reason during the above instances, the reason must be created and mapped for each instance in POS.

Let's see how to create Reasons in POS:-

 1.Go to Inventory - > Masters --> Reason code Master.

 2. Enter the Reason ID, Description (Actual Reason), status as Active and in Reason type choose the type to which the Reason belongs to.

Delivery Reschedule - Reasons for Reschedule delivery.

Delivery Cancel - Reasons for Delivery cancel.

Reasons - Reasons for Return items during delivery.

 

3. After entering all the Reasons click on Save and press 'esc' key to close the window.

Note: Creating Reasons are optional, if the shop owner has to track the exact reason for the above instances then they can configure the reasons.

 

Let's see how to make the Delivery Bill in POS:-

 1.Go to the Sales-->Bill entry.

3. Select the list of items and click Delivery Bill function key

4. Select the delivery boy and Delivery time

5. If the customer is going to pay at the time of delivery then press DueBill button so the bill will be saved as Due bill and when the delivery boy delivers the bill they have to collect the payment.

6. If the customer is going to pay immediately then click on F6 or Tender and enter the amount against the payment type and click on Save.
