Flow 1: Activating The Eye trial from Gofrugal POS

What are the new enhancements done between The Eye and Gofrugal POS?

 

The Eye has been integrated with Gofrugal POS & GoSecure so that login automation can be done automatically in The Eye  from the Gofrugal POS & also the data can be fetched from GoSecure database and that will be available 24x7 even though the POS is OFF. GoSecure Sync will run as per its normal schedule and it will do incremental sync after every 3 minutes. That data will be synced to our Connect Plus database. The sync process The Eye will happen at 5 AM every day.  

 

What is the process of activating trial / purchasing The Eye Subscription from Gofrugal POS?

 

Following are the steps to be followed for activating The Eye trial Subscription or Purchasing The Eye Subscription:

Step 1: We have introduced a new banner for The Eye just under the GoSecure Banner. Click on the "Try now" button to initiate the activation process.  

 

Step 2: Click on "Activate GoSecure & The Eye Trial now" button to activate the trial.

Step 3: Then fill up the Pre-requisite questions and submit your response to complete the activation process. 

 Step 4: To experience The Eye, click on "Experience The Eye now" to open the Dashboard.

 

 

Step 5: After clicking on "Experience The Eye now" the dashboard will look like this.

Note: After these steps, you need to do the user mapping and you can start using The Eye.
