Barcode Quantity Leading Zero Width

 

Purpose:

 

The sole purpose of Barcode quantity leading zero width is that whatever count is given the count of zero will be added before the barcode value, i.e. in front of the barcode.

 

Benefits:

 

Barcode labels are used for recall actions to find defective products quickly so that they can be removed from circulation, thus preventing their use and limiting any possible damage that may be caused. This allows owners to manage product recalls more efficiently.

 

How to configure the Barcode Quantity Leading Zero Width?

 

Step 1: Go to Tools > Configuration > Device Settings

 

 

 

 

Step 2: Device Configuration screen will appear. Choose Peripheral Settings > Barcode Printer > Barcode Printer Enable (click the checkbox).

 

 

Step 3: Choose Connect using from the dropdown listed as per the requirement.

 

 

 

Step 4: Choose Printer name from the dropdown list as per the requirement.

 

 

Step 5: Go to Thermal Barcode Print Settings > Barcode Label field Mapping > Enable the checkbox of Available Data for Barcode Label field Mapping as per the requirement. Click Go.

 

 

 

Step 6: Barcode PRN Field Mapping screen will appear. Fill in the details. Click Map > Close > Yes.
