For example, a retailer could create an offer where customers receive 10% off a specific style of shirt. When the barcode for that style of shirt is scanned at the point of sale, the discount will be automatically applied to the purchase.

Note: 

1. To set the offer is always as uphill talk for the retailers, sometime for the same items old and new product is available in shop and in this scenario barcode is different for both the items to promote old stock introduced the Barcodewise offer and currently we supporting for the families 'Item-Disc% and Item-Disc Amt'.

2. Supports only 'Month and Year-wise barcode' pattern alone.

Steps to configure the Barcode Wise Offer:

Step 1: Step 1: Go to Tools > Configuration > Configuration

Step 2: Business Configuration screen will appear. Go to Purchase > Common Setting/Purchase/Receipt Note > Allow item selection only via barcode scanning while doing PO to Purchase/RN (Enable the checkbox) > Save

Note:

1. After enable this configuration user can scan the barcode in the screen to load that respective items otherwise import the barcode through 'CSV import (Shift+F4)'.

2. Barcode printing screen user can able to print these offer information in the sticker itself for which are all the barcode's offer is given with the use of 'F10(MRC/RN)' function key. After press this function key application show the list of transaction details in that list 'Offers based on barcode' also be available. Choose this transaction and then select the Offer transaction number and print the offer name in the stickers. [You need to map the comment1 field to print the 'Offer name' in the sticker].
