Steps to Configure & Process for Batch & Expiry:

Step 1: Go to Tools > Configuration > Configuration

Step 2: Business Configuration screen will appear. Click on Common Setting > Batch & Expiry Config - Show batch no and expiry date (Enable the checkbox) > Save

Step 3: Go to Inventory > Masters > Items

Step 4: Item Master screen will appear. In Gen Tab - Mention the Item Name and choose the Batch/Expiry Details as Mandatory. Then select the Expiry/Mfr date format as per the requirement. Click Save.


Step 5: Go to Purchase > Purchase Invoice

Step 6: Purchase Entry screen will appear. Load the Item and mention the Batch No. & Expiry Date. Click Save.

Step 7: Go to Sales > Sales Bill

Step 8: Bill Entry Screen will appear. Load the Item - Batch & Expiry Date will reflect. Click Save.
