Bill Print Design

Purpose :- Provide specialized Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) and Receipt templates that are adapted to particular client needs, guaranteeing an easy-to-use and effective layout for smooth transaction documentation in the assigned business.
Benefits :- Personalized Receipt and Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) templates can be used to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Transaction processes can be streamlined to better fit the particular requirements of the company, which will improve workflow and overall service quality.
Steps need to be followed :- To choose the receipt template
Step 1: Go to Setting->Receipt template
 
 
 
Step 2: Download the respective template from the domain which need to be modified
 
 
 
Step 3: Go to the Bill design. Choose the profile and template and Easy Print designer will be opened. Choose the downloaded template by clicking on Open Icon and design the bill as you want.
 
 
Step 4: The template will be downloaded
 
 
 
Step 5: To add a field in the template. Fields can be added in the header, detail and footer details
 
Choose the field from the list available from the right side. Click and place the field in the template in the required section
 
 
After the field is added, a label has to be added against the field and update the name. This has to be done for all fields added
Choose the label from the left and place it in the header section next to the field. Double click on it and update the name
 
 
 
Step 6: To format and align the fields Go to Format->select the Row/Column painter. The row and column fields can be aligned
 
 
Step 7: To Insert logo
 
Choose the image and insert in the header section. Click on the icon and add the image / logo
Note: The image has to be in the JPG format

Step 8: To change the font size of the fields
 
Go to Format tab, choose the filed and change the font, size and width if required
 

Step 9: To change the decimal value of the numeric fields
 
Choose the amount fields where the decimals has to be changed. Go to Format tab, under numeric change the decimals as required
 
 
Step 10: To align the text in the fields
 
Choose the field and click on the Word wrap on the right under field properties
 
 
Step 11: After the design is completed save the details and the file in a particular location. Then choose the domain,Go to Settings->receipt template. Select the particular template ,click on edit Browse Template upload the new designed template and click on update to save and see the changes
 
 
 
Step 12: Update the new template saved under locations
