Note: If customer is not facing any eye problem just interested for some fashion accessory like Sunglasses or Wayfayrer, etc. then only customer name, mobile detail is enough for having the data.

There are 2 ways to proceed with it.

  1. In Customer Screen

 

Step 1: Go to Customer > Master > Customer Master

Step 2: Customer Master screen will appear. Go to Detail - Fill in with Customer Detail. Then in Eye Detail - Fill in the details as per Doctor Prescription.

Step 3: Go to GST - GST Reg Type (Choose Unregistered)

 

Step 4: Personal Details - Fill in the details with Mobile & Email-ID.

 

 

  1. In Sales Screen

Step 1: Go to Sales > Sales Bill

Step 2: Bill Entry screen will appear. Click 'QuickAddCust' function key.

Step 3: Quick Add Customer screen will appear. Fill in the customer details. Press the Enter key.

 

Step 4: Eye Detail screen will appear. Fill in the details as per Doctor's prescription.

Note: In Bill Entry Screen, Eye Details section - from there also as per Doctor's prescription details could be entered.
