Note: While making a Sales transaction, if you select the customer via mobile number-based search, the application will prompt a confirmation message to make that customer 'Active' from the transaction itself if the selected customer is in 'Inactive' status.

 

 

Steps to configure for the Changing the Customer Status in Sales Transactions:

 

Step 1: Go to Tools > Configuration > Configuration


 

Step 2: Business Configuration screen will appear. Sales > Common Settings (SOrder / Delivery Note / Billing) - Search Mobile Number/Name first while selecting customer (Enable the Checkbox) > Save
