Cluster item mapping

Purpose :- Cluster item mapping used for mapping the each items with  Minimum Quantity and allowed time to raise the purchase order from franchise and Branch.The items which are all mapped in the cluster mapping screen those items will only be visible in the franchise and branch.

 

Benefits :- Cluster item mapping enhances inventory control, streamlines purchase order management, provides focused visibility, prevents unnecessary items, promotes transparency, optimizes resources, reduces complexity, and ensures adherence to minimum quantity standards.


Steps need to be followed :- 

Go to Inventory ->Cluster Management -> Cluster item mapping

 

Step 1: Choose the Distributor center, Food Type , and Business type franchise or Branch.

Food Type is classified into three types Food, Packing material and New market.

 

 

 

MOQ (Minimum order Quantity)->Based on the Franchise and Branch for each item have to set the minimum Order Quantity so that franchise and branch will not be allowed to raise the purchase order for item less than configured quantity.

 

Allowed Time: For Each item have to set the allowed time , Based on the allowed time configured within the time only it will be allowed to place the purchase order.

 

 

Purpose :- Cluster item mapping migration is used to import bulk update of Item on the Food type, Minimum order quantity and Allowed time.

 

Go to Cluster item mapping screen -> Export and import option will be available.

 

Process involved in creating Cluster item mapping through migration

 

  • Go to import ->Download the csv template sheet->Select the location to update

  • Fill the details mentioned in the sheet as per the optional and mandatory column.

  • Upload the sheet.

Enter the food type called food , packing material or new to market

Allowed time or End time

Enter end time to order the item in the format called(HH:MM:SS)

Type

Enter Franchise or Brnch

Status

Select Status as Active or Inactive

 

 


Fill out the provided template with the information of Item name, Food type , MOP ,Type and Allowed or End time as per your need.



Export option: The cluster  item mapping can be exported in both ways of already mapped items and remaining items which is available in item master.
