Configuring the language settings
Use the control panel settings to add one or more regional languages.
1. Click Start >> Settings >> Control Panel to open Control Panel.

2. Click Regional and Language options. The Regional and Language options screen will be displayed.
3. Click Languages tab.

4. Click Details. The Text Services and Input Languages screen will be displayed. By default, English language is available in the list.

5. On the Settings tab, click Add to add more languages. The Add Input Language screen will be displayed.

6. Select the Input language and Keyboard layout/IME from the drop-down list.
7. Click OK and the language gets added in the list.
