Create a Circle in TruePOS

Circle Creation in TruePOS allows users to organize branches into specific operational groups known as circles. This feature is especially useful for businesses with multiple branches, enabling better management, reporting, and centralised configurations.


Purpose  

The Circle Creation module serves the following purposes:

  1. Branch Grouping: Groups branches under a logical circle for streamlined operations.

  2. Centralized Management: Applies common settings or policies across all branches in a circle.

  3. Enhanced Reporting: Facilitates circle-level reports for better decision-making.

  1. Flexible Grouping: Create custom circles based on geography, business type, or operational strategy.

  2. Branch Association: Assign multiple branches to a circle for unified control.

Steps to Create a Circle in TruePOS  
  1. Access the Circle Creation Module

    • Log in to TruePOS.

    • Navigate to Masters > Branch > Circle.

  


  1. Add a New Circle

    • Click on the Add Circle button.

    • Enter the following details:

      • Circle Name: Provide a unique name for the circle (e.g., South Region, Metro Stores).

      • Status: Select status from the dropdown as active or inactive.

    • Click Save to create the circle.

  1. Associate Branches with the Circle

    • Navigate to Masters > Branch.

    • Select the branch you want to associate with a circle.

    • In the branch details, choose the circle from the drop-down menu.

    • Save the changes.

 


 

  1. Verify the Circle Setup

    • Go back to Masters > Branch > Circle.

    • Select the circle to view the list of associated branches.

    • Ensure all desired branches are correctly assigned.
