How to Create a Damage Entry if an item is damaged?

The steps for creating a Damage Entry in Wastage for different items are given below -
  1. Click Inventory > Wastage.
  2. The Wastage Entry screen is displayed.



  3. In the Wastage Entry section -
    • In the Wastage Type field, press Delete. A list of Select wastage type is displayed. Select Damage and press ENTER.
    • In the Code field, press ENTER. A list of Products List is displayed. Select damaged item and press ENTER.



    • In the Qty field, enter the damaged quantity.



      Note: The Stock displays the available stock quantity.
  4. Click Save or press F6 key to save the record.
  5. A confirmation message is displayed. Click OK.
  6. Click Close or press F12 key to close the screen.
  7. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes.
