How to Create a Sale Return for damaged item?

The steps for creating a Sale Return for damaged item in Sales  are given below -
  1. Click Sales > Sales Return.
  2. The Sales Return screen is displayed.



  3. In the Sales Return section -
    • In the Code field, press ENTER. A list of Product List is displayed. Select the items. Press ENTER.
    • In the Qty field, enter the quantity to be returned.
    • In the Stock Class field, press SPACE BAR to select the stock class.
      Note:
      • The Tot Qty displays the total quantity to be returned.
      • The Stock displays the stock available for the return items.
  4. Click Save or press F6 to save the data.
  5. A confirmation message is displayed, Click Yes.
  6. The Tender Screen is displayed.



  7. In the Cash section -
    • In the Cash Recd field, enter the cash received.
    • Click Done.
  8. A confirmation message is displayed. Click OK.
  9. Click Close or press F12 to close the screen.
  10. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes.
