How to create Loyalty for a customer?

Creating a Loyalty Customer
Note
: Customer is mandatory for the loyalty.
Steps for creating a Loyalty Customer-
  1. Click Sales > Masters > Customers > Customer Master or press 'Ctrl + C'.
  2. The Customer Master screen is displayed.



  3. In the Details section-
    • The Code field is read-only field and automatically generated.
    • In the Name field, enter the customer name.
    • In the Door No field, enter the address of the customer.
    • In the Telephone field, enter a valid telephone number.
    • In the Credit Balance field, enter the credit balance.
    • In the Credit Limit field, enter the credit limit.
    • In the Credit Days field, enter the days for which the credit amount is valid.
    • In the Valid field, select from the following options:
      • Yes - if the credit is valid. Press Y.
      • No - if the credit is not valid. Press N.
    • In the Valid From field, enter the date from which the credit is valid.
    • In the Valid To field, enter the date to which the credit is valid.
    • In the Company field, select the company.
    • In the Division field, select the division of the company.



  4. In the Miscellaneous section-
    • In the Generate Customer Id field, select from the following option-
      • Yes - if the customer Id need to be generated. Press Y to select.
      • No - if the customer Id need not to be generated. Press N to select.
    • The field Customer ID is read-only and automatically generated when you select the option Yes in the Generate Customer Id field.
    • In the Contact Name field, enter the contact person name.
    • In the Area Name field, enter the area name.
      Note: The default area name is AREA.
    • In the Type Code field, enter the code type.
      Note: The default Type Code is DEFAULT.
    • In the Delivery Boy field, enter the name of delivery boy who is delivering the items.
    • In the Price Level field, select from the following-
      • M.R.P - If price level is maximum retail price.
      • None - if no price level is available.
      • Seasonal - if the price level is based on the season.
      • Whole Sale - if the price level is based on the whole sale rates.
    • In the Discount Perc field, enter the discount in percentage for the customer.
    • In the Container Allowed field, select from the following option-
      • Yes - if the container is allowed. Press Y to select.
      • No -if the container is not allowed. Press N to select.
    • In the Sales Type field, select the sales type.
    • In the With CForm field, the default option is No.
    • In the CST% field, select the central sales tax percentage.
    • In the Loyalty allowed field, select Yes.
    • In the Promotion Scheme allowed field, select from the following option-
      • Yes - if the promotion scheme is allowed. Press Y to select.
      • No - if the promotion scheme is not allowed. Press N to select.
    • In the NetTrade Security field, select from the following option-
      • Yes - if the NetTrade is allowed. Press Y to select.
      • No - if the Net Trade is not allowed. Press N to select.
    • In the Remarks field, enter the remarks for the customer. For e.g - Regular, Irregular etc.
    • In the Customer Group field, select the group of customer.



  5. In the Info section-
    • The field Created by is read-only field and automatically displays the creator of customer.
    • The field Created on is read-only and automatically display the date when the new customer is created.
    • The field Modified on is read-only filed and automatically display the date if the customer modification.
    • The field Modified by is read-only field and automatically display the modification done in customer if any.
  6. Click Save or press F6 to save the details.
  7. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes.
  8. Click Close or press F12 to exit the screen.
  9. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes.
