Creating customer category and map customers to it

Customer Category Master
  1. Go to Master > Customer Category
  2. There are some default customer categories that are already available
  3. Press F3 to create a new category
  4. Type the name of the category (Mandatory)
  5. Set the bill rate on option
  6. Set the billing serial by pressing enter and selecting from the list
  7. To Map a manufacturer, click the map manufacturer button
  8. Select the manufacturer by clicking the select manufacturer list
  9. Click under Map status to confirm the mapping
  10. Click save mapping button to save the mapping
  11. Save the customer category by pressing F6
Mapping a Customer to a Category
  1. Go to customer master
  2. Select the customer and press F4 to modify
  3. Set the category option from the drop-down menu
  4. Press F6 to save the customer
