Customer Profile

Purpose :

The Customer Profile feature in TruePOS allows businesses to categorize and manage their customers effectively by assigning specific profiles. These profiles can help tailor sales processes and enhance customer experiences based on predefined profiles.

Steps to Configure and Use 

Step 1: Enable the Customer Profile Option  

  1. Navigate to Tools > Configuration > Business Configuration.

  2. Locate the option Show Customer Profile under the relevant section.

  3. Check the box to enable the option.

  4. Press F4 or click Update to save the changes.

 

 

Step 2: Add a Customer Profile  

  1. Navigate to Master Module > Customer > Customer Profile.

  2. Click on Add New Profile.

  3. Enter the following details:

    • Profile Name: Provide a name for the profile.

    • Status: Set the status to "Active".

  1. Save the changes.

 

 

Step 3: Apply Customer Profile During Sales Billing  

  1. Open the Sales Bill screen.

  2. Specify the customer name or select a customer from the pop-up.

  3. Locate the Customer Profile field on the sales bill.

  4. Use the dropdown menu to select the appropriate profile for the customer.

  5. Proceed with the sales transaction as usual.
