Configuring customer wise rate setting

  1. Go to the Options menu by typing "options" in the menu search box and hit ENTER
  2. In Options, go to Sales > Bill Offer Settings
  3. There will the Bill Offer Details settings. Change this by pressing F2 key.
  4. Set that option to customer wise rate setting
  5. Save and exit the options menu
  6. Go to Master > Customer Wise Rate Setting
  7. Press ENTER and select the customer from the list of customer that shows up
  8. Select the type, e.g., Particular Product / Particular Company Product, etc
  9. Click on OK
  10. Select the product from the list
  11. Set the rate of the selected product, for this customer
  12. Press F2 to save
  13. A new product can also be added for the existing customer by pressing F3

Verifying the changes

  1. Go to Sales Bill and start making a bill for the customer that was selected earlier
  2. Select the product that you have chosen for the respective customer
  3. You can see here that the rate has been set to the rate which was provided in the Customer Wise Rate Setting screen

Note: This setting can also be configured customer category wise by selecting the same in the Customer Wise Category Settings screen
