Display Stock on Sales Screen
Purpose:
Retailers ensure they have enough inventory on hand and can detect shortages while billing on a sales screen.
Benefits:
- To keep stock prices current and accurate.
- To analyze the market value of the product and the flow meter.
- For a product and plan replacement (reorder).
- To keep everything running smoothly.
- To use up the expense of production.
Steps to configure the Display Stock:
Step 1: Go to Tools > Configuration > Configuration

Step 2: Business Configuration screen will appear. Sales > Sales LOV Details - Display stock in sales LOV (Enable the checkbox) > Save.

Step 3: Open GoBill Mobile Sales screen - Check for the item stock

Conclusion:
This function will provide a real time count of the item displayed on the sales screen. So there is no need to check the inventory continually.
FAQ's:
1. What is the purpose of enabling live stock deduction for GoBill Windows? What will be the effect if we disable it?
- By enabling the Livestock deduction, the stock will be reduced based on the Location mapped in Mobile device counter.
If we disable it, then the customer can use GoBill in Offline mode, but here the livestock deduction should be set as 'No'.
