What is Supplier Calendar?

 

Supplier calendar refers to the schedule of the supplier on which the supplier visits to your store to take the orders or they accept the orders only on the specific days, week, month etc.

 

Purpose of using Supplier Calendar?

 

Supplier Calendar can be used to simplify the reorder process or it can also reduce the extra efforts of checking the availability of the supplier on the particular day.

  2. You will have a transparency in terms of supplier availability so that you can plan your schedule accordingly as well.

 

To setup a Supplier Calendar / Reorder Days for a supplier, do the following steps:

Step 1: Go to MDM > Contact Master Management > Contact Master


Step 2: You can set the supplier calendar either for new supplier or for existing supplier. To set it for new, click on 'Add' & for existing supplier, click on 'Update'.



Step3: Now click on the 'Supplier' section.



Step4: Click on show supplier 'Purchase order day' settings.



 Step5: Choose Purchase Order day type, select Day, Week, Period, Week & Day, Date.

 



Step7: After that click on 'Send Outlet'.
