Business Scenario: In a real life scenario, sales person of a distributor or the distributor himself comes to the store to take purchase orders either on specific days like Monday, Wednesday or Fridays or all the days. So in order to set these days easy, we do have an option.
How to setup supplier calendar/Reorder days for a particular supplier in RetailEasy?
Step 1: Go to Purchase > Masters > Supplier Master.
Step 2: Press 'CTRL+F4' Manage Tab to open the 'Manage' tabs window.
Step4: Now select enable all the days by placing a check mark on them by using 'Space Bar' key.
Step10: Now select your scheduled Day as per the requirement. For example Sunday. Set the option as 'YES'.
In this way, you can set order days for the particular suppliers.
How to setup supplier calendar/Reorder days for a Multiple suppliers in RetailEasy?
Step 1: Go to Purchase > Masters > Supplier Master.
Step 2: Press 'Ctrl + F3' Bulk Update .
Step 3: Locate the desired day for one of the supplier and update the option 'Yes' from the drop down.
Step4: Press 'Ctrl+C' key to copy the changes
Step5: Then select the rest of the suppliers by using 'Shift+Down Arrow Key' for which you need to set the order days.
Step6: Press 'Ctrl+V' to paste the copied changes.
