EasyRewardz Integration

Purpose :- The EasyRewardz integration with GoFrugal’s POS enhances customer loyalty by enabling centralized reward management, syncing customer data, and automating points accumulation and redemption. This helps businesses boost customer retention, run targeted marketing campaigns, and gain insights into loyalty program effectiveness—all in real-time.

 

Supported Base Products:

  • GOFRUGAL RPOS6.5 (Version 6.5.8.9/SP49 and above)

  • GOFRUGAL RPOS7 (Version RC 138 and above)

Prerequisites:

  1. The GoFrugal POS must meet the required version for integration.

  2. Purchase the EasyRewardz license.

  3. Obtain EasyRewardz credentials from the EasyRewardz team.

Configuration Checklist for HQ Users:

  • If HQ loyalty is used, ensure it’s deactivated after configuring EasyRewardz. Contact HQ support for assistance.

Steps to Configure EasyRewardz:

1. After the purchase of the EasyRewardz addon, go to the server system where POS is installed.

2. Click on help >> About and click on Add-on license

3. Now click on sync. All the active add-on licenses will be listed there.

4. You will be able to see "EasyRewardz Integration" as activated with the validity date. You can also buy it from this screen.

5.After the addon license is bought, automatically a GOFRUGAL integration portal account will be created. In case if the customer already has an alert account, use the same to login.

6. Now go to integration.gofrugal.com and login with your mail id and password that you would have received in your registered mail id.

7. Now go to EasyRewardz Loyalty.

8. Select the outlet to be configured, enter the EasyRewardz Credentials and save the configuration.

9. After this, open the POS and go to help >> About >> add-on sync and press sync

10. Close and  re-open the POS for the changes to reflect

11. Now in the sales bill screen , if you select the customer and do a sale, all the bill details will be automatically synced to integration server and then to EasyRewardz

12. You can either add a new customer by using "quick add customer" or select the existing customer by pressing on "Select Customer"

13. Once a bill is saved, the same will also sync to EasyRewardz.

14. In case of loyalty or coupon redemption, load the customer in the bill entry screen and load all the items and click on "3PartyInteg" key

Note:

  • Only bills with a valid customer number sync to EasyRewardz.

  • Sales returns will deduct the points from the original sale.

15. A new pop-up will open, press F3 for "Loyalty Coupon", enter the "Coupon Code" and press F2 for "Loyalty Points", enter the points to be redeemed.

16. Press F11 to  send the request. OTP will be sent to the customer's mobile number by EasyRewardz server.(OTP validation can be made configurable based on configuration done in EasyRewardz)

17. After the successful redemption, the amount will be be redeemed as discount amount(for coupon) and mode of payment(for points).

18. Then you can save the bill, this bill also be synced to EasyRewardz.

 

 

Limitations :

 

1. Only bills with valid customer number will sync to EasyRewardz.
2. Bill cancel / Bill edit will not sync to EasyRewardz.
3. EasyRewardz integration with GOFRUGAL will only support the redemption of coupons and loyalty points so far.
4. For sales returns, the corresponding points accumulated against that sales bill will be deducted.

 

 

FAQ's

 

1. Can I redeem both loyalty points and coupons in one transaction?

Ans. Yes, you can redeem both points and coupons by entering the relevant details on the sales bill screen and completing the redemption process.

2. What happens if a customer doesn’t provide a valid mobile number? 

Ans.Without a valid mobile number, the customer’s bill will not sync with EasyRewardz, and loyalty points or coupons cannot be applied.

3. Can I use EasyRewardz for both online and offline stores? 

Ans.Yes, EasyRewardz integration can be used for both online and offline stores. The loyalty points and customer data sync across all connected stores.

4. How does EasyRewardz handle partial redemptions? 

Ans. For partial redemptions, customers can use a portion of their loyalty points or coupons in one transaction and reserve the remaining balance for future use. The system tracks the remaining points.
