Purpose:- eWards integration in GoFrugal enhances customer retention by automating loyalty programs. It allows businesses to create and manage rewards, offering personalized incentives and real-time points redemption directly through the POS.

This integration streamlines loyalty management and provides insights into customer behavior, boosting engagement and sales with minimal effort.

Prerequisites:

1.Supported Base Product RPOS 6 OR RPOS 7
2.License Details with POS application
3.Activate eward License

Limitations:

1. Only bills made by mobile number mapped in 'Mobile (Alert SMS)' of customer master will be synced to eWards.
2. Sales return is not possible for ewards integration.

1. Why can’t I process a sales return for an eWards-linked transaction?
Sales returns are currently not supported for transactions processed with eWards integration. You may need to process returns outside the eWards-linked system or provide alternative resolutions for the customer.
