1. How can I monitor stock counting activities from anywhere?

Access the web application of GoSure , <CID.gofrugalconnect.com>  from anywhere, anytime to monitor stock counting activities with real-time reports 

 2. Does the mobile app come along with the web app?

Yes, the mobile app and the web app is a packaged solution. Now count stock with billing on the go in mobile app and do real-time monitoring with instant actions and one click reconciliation with web app in-parallel

 3. Does GoSure support all item types?

GoSure supports standard and serialized type of inventory classification. For matrix combination and I/U medicine item combinations, the support is in progress.

4. Does GoSure support QR code scanning?

Yes, QR code scanning is supported both through mobile camera scanning and through QR code handheld scanners.

 5. Can I do data reconciliation after 1 week of inventory counting?

Yes, you can. GoSure will always calculate the inventory difference before updating the stock. However, we strongly advise to update inventory data everyday.

 6. Will I be able to export the reports as a spreadsheet or PDF file?

Sure, you can export any report as spreadsheet or PDF file, anytime.

 7. What if the product scanned does not have any stock discrepancy?

The product will still be shown under the correct stock category in reports which need not be reconciled.

 8. How will the count be taken if I count the same product under various locations in the store? 

GoSure has customizable configurations that will help you sum up the quantities counted across locations or over-write the quantities as per the situation.

 9. Will the stock be updated in my system stock directly from mobile after counting?

No, only the counting can be performed in the mobile app. Reviewing and reconciling can be done only in the web app by the appropriate authority.

 10. Do I get separate accesses for the mobile app and web app?

Ofcourse, the stock taker role can have separate login credentials for the mobile app and the web app user will have a separate login credentials for the web app based on security purposes.

 11. Can I use the app license in another device in case of any employee unavailability?


Absolutely, we provide device mapping functionality for users to map or unmap any device at any point of time based on employee or device unavailability.

13.How to track employee efficiency?


Please try the smart mode in GoSure by terminating the current active cycle and selecting 'smart mode' in the flow type before generating a new cycle. In smart mode, all transactions for the inventory are read on a daily basis and tasks are assigned to employees everyday based on an ABC analysis on inventory. Upon completing the tasks, each employee's efficiency is captured based on the stocktake results recorded. Navigate to the employee efficiency menu to track employee-wise stocktake status and efficiency


14.Can I make a purchase entry directly from the GRN web app without using the mobile app?


Sure, GoSure lets you make purchase entries in 3 ways.

->A gin from the mobile app can be loaded into the web app from the notifications directly-> made changes/edits-> saved as a purchase entry to POS.

->Once the supplier details and the mandatory fields are filled, item details can be loaded in the web app directly and can be saved as a purchase entry to POS.

->By clicking 'enter' on the 'purchase order' tab, any purchase order raised in POS can be loaded here in the web app and can be converted into a purchase entry in POS by submitting it 


15. Can I do purchase entry in GRN app after I close my store?


Sure, even after the POS is closed and the store is shut, you can make a purchase entry through the GRN web app. This will get reflected in POS once the server is turned on later.
