1. What is Price Level?
Price levels are a different range of prices configured for selling the items to different types of customers. The items are sold to different customers with different prices other than the fixed selling price of the items.
Users can configure price levels either to increase or decrease the rate of the items from their normal rates including the Selling price, Landing cost, Purchase price, MRP etc.
Example:
1. +10% (in percentage) from Landing cost, +20 Rupees (in amount) from purchase price etc. (Increase)
2. -5% from the Selling price, -10 rupees from MRP etc. (Decrease).

3. How to de-activate the price levels?
Disable the below configuration
Tools >> Configuration >> Inventory >> Price Level Setting >> Enable Price Levels.
4. Do I have to re-configure the price level in case of price change of an item?
No. You need not configure the existing price level.
5. Can I set the price level for a new item in Purchase itself?
No. As of now, there is no provision to set the price level in purchase.
6. Can I apply bill discount in a bill for which I have already applied a price level?
Yes. You can apply the bill discount.
