1. When am I required to surrender my license?


When you change the existing hard disk for reinstallation.

2. What is the process involved in surrendering the license?


You can surrender the license via Help >> About RayMedi RPOS7. You will be directed to a web page.  The list of product that you have purchased will be shown. Select the product and click surrender.

3. I forgot to surrender the license from the previous hardware and now I have replaced with the new hardware. How will I proceed?


In case you forget to surrender the license before replacing the hard disk, please contact our GoFrugal support center.

4. I have surrendered my license. I want to open the application now. How will I proceed?


Non ASA customers need to
get the approval from GoFrugal annuity team.
ASA customers can activate the license themselves.
