Answer: Yes, the GoCheck app offers offline functionality. Once the data is synced with the server, you can access product information without an internet connection.

Answer: Ensure the barcode is clean and not damaged. Position your mobile camera or scanner properly so the barcode is fully visible. If the problem persists, try using a wired or wireless barcode scanner compatible with GoCheck.
