KIOSK Mode:

Now let us check how the GoCheck works:

KIOSK Mode = In KIOSK mode you will be able to do two operations,

1. Check Price = In check price, you will be able to see all the prices and other details of an item.

2. Check Loyalty = IN check loyalty, you will be able to see all the loyalty card details.

Click on the "KIOSK MODE" to proceed.

Once you click the KIOSK MODE button, you might see options for screen pinning or app pinning, depending on your UI and Android version. To proceed with pinning the screen, just click on "OK" or "Got it." If you prefer not to pin, simply select "Cancel" or "No thanks." See the below screenshots for your reference.

CHECK PRICE:

You will now be directed to the GoCheck price check screen by default.

We can search for an item in three ways:

• Manual Search

• Voice Search

• Barcode Scanning

Manual Search process:

To search for items manually, simply click on the search button.

By default, the screen will look like this.

Just enter the name of the item, like "fire," and you'll notice that only the items that match your keyword will show up on the screen.

See the screenshot for your reference.

Click on the item name to see the details of the item. The details are as follows:

• Item Name

• Total Stock

• Selling Price

• Net Amount

• Tax % and Tax Amount

• Discount % from Item Master

• MRP

• Item additional description

• Amount saved.

• Item Offer Details

Limitations:

The offer-related data for the item will only show up if both an Offer Start Date and an Offer End Date are set, with the End Date needing to be in the future.

Voice Search Process:

Click on the Mic button; the Google Speech service will appear.

Say/speak the item name while the mic is in listen mode.

The item name will be auto-filled in the search box, and the result will also come on the screen.

Barcode Scanning Process:

When you click on the scanner button, the camera of the mobile will open to scan the barcode.

The search result will auto populate on the screen.

To view the detailed batch information for an item, take a look at the example provided below:

Look for the item using any available method, ensuring that the batch and expiry options are activated and that the data is available in the POS. Here, we have taken the example of "20-20 btr biscuit 200g".

You will get the information about the item without zero stock batches.

When you enable the "Show batches with zero stock" option, all batches, even those with zero stock, will be displayed.

Click on the filter button to filter the item based on different criteria. They are as follows:

Selling Price: We can filter the item based on the minimum selling and maximum selling price.

MRP: We can filter the item based on the minimum MRP and maximum MRP.

Expiry Date: We can filter the item based on the expiry date rage.

Location: We can filter the item based on the location selection.

Once we apply the filters, the result will resemble the screenshot shown below.

If the Rack and Shelf is configured in the item master, it will also be displayed in the GoCheck. The screenshots below are provided for your reference.

The rack and shelf are displayed in the MRP section.

CHECK LOYALTY:

Let us check how the check loyalty feature works. Click on the "CHECK LOYALTY" section and click on the search button to search for loyalty cards.

[**Note: If no cards are available, the below message will come.]

If active Loyalty cards and loyalty programs are available, then the customer name with loyalty details will appear. 

When you click on the customer name, the complete details of the loyalty will appear on the screen. The following details will come on screen.

• Current Points

• Current Amount

• Start Date

• End Date

• Min Redemption Point

• Value per point
