GoCheck - Setup - RetailEasy [RPOS7]

Activating GoCheck in RetailEasy:

Let's take a look at how to activate the demo or purchase GoCheck in RetailEasy [RPOS7]:
Step 1: Navigate to Help > About Gofrugal RetailEasy 

 

Step 2: Click on the "Add-on License" option.

 

 

Step 3: Search for "GoCheck" and then click on the "Try & Buy" button.

 

 

Step 4: Once the synchronization is complete, you'll notice the following details: User/Order count = 2, Valid Until = "The Expiry Date," Lic Type = "Trial," Activation status = "Activated," Status = Buy, and User/Device Config = Map Device. Remember that once the Tab is set up, the name will appear under the mapped devices.


 

[Note: Two users will be enabled once the trial is activated. ]

Mobile Number Verification:

Let's verify if the mobile number is associated with the user you are about to log in as[RetailEasy]:
 

Step 1: Navigate to Tools > Configuration > Security Manager.


 

Step 2: Click on the "human" icon under the Users column.



Step 3: Click on the "Edit" icon under the Edit column.


 

Step 4: Make sure to verify if the mobile number is associated with the user you are logging into on the device. (If the license allows for three devices, only three can be logged in at the same time.)

 


If the shopkeeper has already used 2 licenses and wants to add another user, he will need to either buy an additional license or remove one of the existing devices from the mapping before registering a new device.

Unmapping Devices:

To unmap a device from the GoCheck, please follow these steps [RetailEasy]:

Step 1: Navigate to Help > About Gofrugal RetailEasy

Step 2: Click on the "Add-on License" option.

Step 3: Search for "GoCheck" and then click on "MapDevice" to unmap the device which is inactive. Check out the below screenshot for your reference.

 

 

Now open the Play Store and search for Gofrugal GoCheck and then download the app on your mobile or Tab.
