What are the pre-requisites to configure GoSure StockTake?


CONFIGURATION STEPS:

Step 1: (for trial activation)

Check if the POS version is 

RPOS6- SP98 & above

RPOS7- RC176 & above

DE- 6.3.1.7 & above

Help -> about -> add on license -> click on  GoSure -> Choose the feature of GoSure required from the list (Stock taking ) -> try and buy -> Sync -> close.

Step 2: (user role mapping) 

Tools->security controller->security manager->user edit->GoSure user role-> Stock taker/ Inventory manager or both ->save->close->exit POS and re-login.

 kindly check for the correct mobile number and email id entered in POS so that while logging in mobile app, the OTP will be received for the specific user mapped.

                     i) stock taker role=mob app user.

                    ii) inventory manager user=web app user.


Step 3: (Login web app)

Open Inventory module in POS ->click on GOFRUGAL GoSure -> redirects to web app  

                                   (or) 

Open URL < CID.gofrugalconnect.com >

                      -> login with Inventory manager's credentials / Admin credentials.


NOTE: Please note that only after web app login and pre-requisites configuration, GoSure allows the user to login the mobile app for stocktake.
