Hide Gift Voucher Serial Details in Tender
Purpose:
- When the customer buys products and uses a gift voucher to redeem for-payment, There is a possibility that the counter sales person note down the gift voucher serial number while scanning the gift voucher and try the same types combination of gift voucher and redeem for another bill. So in order to avoid this misuse, you can use this configuration.
Benefit:
The Sales Person who is doing the billing at the counter can not be able to know the Customer's gift voucher serial number that they are scanning.
How to enable this configurations?
Step1: Go to Sales > Masters > Tender > Tender Type Master.
Step2: Click on 'F4' function key.
Step3: A 'Select Tender Type' window will appear.
Step4: Select 'Gift Voucher'.
Step5: Now select 'Hide Voucher Detail' configuration & place a check-mark in this field.
Conclusion: This is how you can hide the voucher details for your billing person.
