How to authenticate deliveries with Proof of Delivery feature in GoDeliver?
You can now authenticate your customer deliveries with the new Proof of delivery feature in GoDeliver. You can now mandate your delivery boys to attach images for every delivery performed as proof and ensure there are zero disputes between your customers and ensure the deliveries are made to the right person.
To enjoy this feature follow these steps:
1. Enable the Configuration "Proof of Delivery" under configuration in Delivery App configuration.
2. Now, when your delivery boys try to complete a delivery it is mandated for them to attach an image as proof of delivery. Your delivery boys can click on "Upload photo" to upload the image.
3. They will have the provision to attach a live photo by selecting "Click a photo" or also add a photo from their Gallery by clicking "Choose a Photo".
4. Delivery boys will have the provision to attach a maximum of 10 photos. Once the photos are attached the delivery boy can save the proofs by clicking on "Upload photo"
5. The attached proof of the deliveries can be verified or viewed as proof whenever needed under the "Delivered section" in Delivery allocation and also in the "Day book" by clicking the attachment icon in your POS.
