How to add and map a Relationship officer?

Relationship Officer/Dealers are often parts of businesses that involve a supplier and a distributor. The Dealers help businesses win the right customers. In return, they are paid a share of the sales made to the customers. RetailEasy on-cloud calculates the commission amount to be paid to the dealer which can be viewed from the Reports.

Benefits of adding a Relationship Officer:

Adding the Relationship Officer to the domain and mapping Customers with their Relationship Officers, promotes the sales of the business and the commission drives the dealer/relationship Officer to bring in more referrals to the business. That is a win-win situation for the dealer and the business.
