How to add discount manually on ServQuick ?

Discount
Offering discounts on purchases is a means of quickly attracting people to your store. Discounts not only help your customers, they help your business. It increases the sales and reputation. 

Types of discounts
In servquick, you can offer the discounts in two methods: Manual discount & Preset discount.

 

Benefits of giving discounts.

*It helps to Get rid of unsold inventory

 

Purpose
The purpose of making discounts manually is whenever our loyal or old customer comes and buys the item and wants a special discount. So during that time, we can offer outstanding discounts for that person through the manual discount feature.

 

To do the discount manually in ServQuick:


Step1: Go to sales->Sales bill

 

Click on Add customer



 

Step 2:

Choose the item to be billed -> Click on the 3 dots (more options) -> Choose Discount.

 

 

Step 3:

Choose the Manual discount and enter the value and type either in percentage or rupees. Then enter the reason for offering a discount in the reason text box.


 

 

Step 4:
Click on done.

 

Step 5:
The discount set will applicable in sales as below.

 


 



By following these steps, you can easily make discounts for loyal customers who need a great discount. The benefit of this feature is that we can easily add or reduce the discount value. No need to do a preset discounting method for individual payments.
