The product description is the important information about the features and benefits of the product so the customers are compelled to buy. It is intended to emphasize the engaging value of your app.

1) RetailEasy 7:

Step 1:

In RPOS, go to... Inventory -> Masters -> Item. (shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + 1)

Step 2:
Now, to add item description while creating a new item or editing an existing item...

i) in the item master window, type in the item description in 'Addl. Description' field.

ii) Once the description is added, click on the 'Save' button.
Example: If 'Adidas Deo 150ml' is to be sold online, then its description would read as, "Adidas is a masculine fragrance for everyday wear that keeps you fresh and youthful."

2) RetailEasy S6.5:

Step 1:
In POS, go to... Inventory-> Masters-> item Master. (shortcut: Ctrl + I)

Step 2:

Now, to add item description while creating a new item or editing an existing item...
i) go to the 'ServJoy' tab in the item master, type in the item description in the 'Item Description' field.

ii) Once the description is added, click on the 'Save' button.

Example: If '5 Star Chomp 50gm' is to be sold online, then its description would read as, "Cadbury 5Star Chomp is enriched with a combination of chocolate, caramel, and a nougat of Cadbury 5Star, along with the crunchiness of peanuts."
