How to Archive Audit Report Data on your RPOS6 RposAuditDB

How to Archive Audit Report Data on your RPOS6 DB (RposAuditDB)?

  1. Right-click the GoFrugal RPOS6 icon.


  2. Click Properties.
  3. The GoFrugal RPOS6 Properties screen is displayed.



  4. Click Open File Location.
  5. The GoFrugal RPOS6 file location folder is displayed.



  6. Double-click the ArchiveData.exe icon.
  7. The Archive Database screen is displayed.



  8. In the Archive Database till the field, enter the date till you want to archive the data.
    Note: It is recommended that select the end date of the month and data should be at least 3 months old from the current date.
  9. Select the option Archive Audit (RposAudit DB).
  10. Click the option Create Database.
    Note: It is recommended that, create a database first before the Archive Audit (RposAudit DB) archive process.
  11. The Compress Data screen is displayed.



    Note: The Compress Database process takes few minutes to finish.
  12. A message Archive Successfully completed is displayed.



  13. Click OK.



  14. Click the option Archive.



  15. The Archive Audit (RposAuditDB) process starts.
    Note: The Archive Audit process takes few minutes to finish.
  16. A message Archive successfully completed is displayed.



  17. Click OK.
  18. The splitData screen is displayed with a message Do you want compress RposAuditdb_Archive database?



    • In the SplitData screen, click from the options given below
      • Yes - if you want to compress RposAuditdb_Archive database. Click Yes.
      • No - if you do not want to compress RposAuditdb_Archive database.
  19. The Compress Database screen is displayed.



  20. The splitData screen is displayed with a message Do you want compress RposAuditdb database?.



    • In the SplitData screen, click from the options given below
      • Yes - if you want to compress RposAuditdb database. Click Yes.
      • No - if you do not want to compress RposAuditdb database.
  21. The Compress Database screen is displayed.



    Note: The Archive process takes few minutes to finish.
  22. The Backup Archive screen is displayed with a message Do you want BACKUP RposAudit_Archive database?.



    • In the Backup Archive screen, click from the options given below
      • Yes - if you want to compress RposAuditdb_Archive database. Click Yes.
      • No - if you do not want to compress RposAuditdb_Archive database.
  23. The Archive Database screen is displayed with RposAuditdb_Archive completion message.



  24. Click Close.
