How to Cancel a Sales Bill in RetailEasy7?
Sales bills give information regarding products purchased by customers and help the company keep track of all sales transactions.
Purpose of Sales Bill Cancel in RetailEasy7:
Whenever a customer does not want to buy the product or postpones the purchase, we can easily cancel the Sales Bill.
Benefits of Sales Bill Cancel:
Sales Bill cancel has the following benefits,
Prioritize sold bills over unsold bills.
In case of a product return, the Sales Bill can be canceled easily.
A Guide to Cancel the Sales Bill in RetailEasy7:
Step 1: Navigate to Sales -> Reprint.
Step 2: Enter the appropriate Bill Number, Customer name, Bill Date, or Tender type in the filter and click go to load the Sales Bill.
Step 3: As a result of your search, you will see the Sales Bills. Please click on the Sales Bill which needs to be canceled.
Step 4:
In the function keys click on Bill Cancel (F5).
Please click yes to cancel the Sales Bill.
Thus, Sales Bills can be easily canceled if the customer has not yet purchased, or if the customer has declined to buy, or when returns are made.
