How to cancel an Online order?

We might have to cancel a received online order during some occasions such as
A) When the Shop is too busy
B) When the items are out of stock
C) When the delivery boy not available
D) When the customers reside out of delivery area etc.

When a customer places an order through your app, a sales order gets automatically generated in your integration portal as well as POS. It is recommended to cancel the order from both the integration portal as well as from the POS.


2) How to cancel the Sales Order from the integration portal?
Step 1:
In the Integration portal, go to... Transactions -> Sales Orders.



Step 2: 
Set the filter to find the desired order & click on it.



Step 3:
On the Order Details screen at the bottom, there is a button to cancel the order.



Canceling orders from the integration portal will change the order status in the customer's app to 'Cancelled'.
