How to check the Stock Update Detail in RetailEasy on-cloud?
RetailEasy on-cloud has the Reports features, covering all business operations, providing comprehended results from the data. Stock Update Detail is the Report that covers the data on Stock Update Entry and corresponding approvals.
Benefits of Stock Update Detail:
From the Stock Update Detail reports screen, we can get the data of all the Stock Update Entries made in the applied timeframe, Location, Item list, Manufacturer, and many other column based filters. Using these filters you can get the exact stock update data you are looking for in the system. The Report also mentions the Status of the Stock Update Entry which gives the reasons for a failed Stock Update.
How to check Stock Update Detail?
Step 1: In the main tab of RetailEasy on-cloud, click on Reports > Inventory
Step 2: From the drop-down of the Inventory section, select Stock Analysis > Stock Update detail
Step 3: In the Stock Update Detail screen, apply the filters by clicking on the Filter icon on the left panel
Step 4: In the filter section, we can fix the duration by date, Location, Item List, Manufacturer List, Advanced. Select the filters and click on Apply to apply the filters
Step 5: The Applied Filter list appears on top of the filters panel. The Applied Filters can be edited or deleted completely by clicking on the delete icon on the right top corner of the filter panel.
Step 6: The Stock Update Detail report appears as shown below
Step 7: Scroll right to view the Status column to know the current Status of the Stock Update
The Possible Status descriptions are:
Failed status is given to the Stock Update that has been approved but failed due to the following two reasons
The Stock Update Quantity is greater than the Purchased Quantity
The Stock has been part of the transaction after the Stock Update Entry and before the Stock Update Approval
Pending for Approval status is given to the Stock Update that are yet to be approved
Approved and Adjusted status is given for the successfully approved Stock Updates that have been made to the Inventory
Not Approved status is given for the rejected Stock Updates
Stock Update Details including the status of the stock update is provided by RetailEasy on-cloud. You can get back to check the status of the stock updates anytime in RetailEasy on-cloud.
