How to configure for ID Proof Master in RetailEasy?
ID Proof
Purpose:
After repeated interactions between the customer & electronics business owner will have developed a degree of trust that makes transactions flow fast and without hiccups. This trust does not yet exist when he/she first meets a new consumer, which might cause delays in both buying and selling. Requesting an ID card proof is the simplest approach to obtaining the information you need.
Benefits:
- For keeping customer database.
- ID Proof helps to access the database and quickly answer questions about the customer's past history, how much he has to pay out-of-pocket in terms of any credit along with other details.
Steps to configure for ID Proof Master:
Step 1: Go to Customer > Masters > ID Proofs
Step 2: ID/Address Proof Master tab will appear. Select the Name as per ID/Address Proof Master list LOV. Clock Save.
Conclusion:
Based on the many possibilities available, choose options for ID/address proof if a customer-generated credit sale is made. This establishes the customer's credibility so that, if necessary, a follow-up can be made in the future with them.
