How to create a company and a location from GoSure StockTake Standalone web application?

COMPANY MASTER & LOCATION  MASTER

You can create your company and add locations under the company created from the "Masters" section under the Settings menu.
By creating companies and locations, you will be able to carry out the stock auditing process based on the companies.

STEPS

Login:
  1. Log in to the GoSure StockTake web application using the registered username & password.
  2. Go to settings menu >> Under the Master section you can find the "Company master" & "Location Master" options.
Company creation:
  1. Click on Company Master >> Add new button.
  2. You can create the company and click on Apply to save the company created.
  3. If you wish to make the status inactive for any of the companies you can do it here.


Location creation:
  1. Click on Location Master >> Add new button.
  2. You have to select the company against which the location has to be created.
  3. You can create the location and click on Apply to save the location created.
  4. If you wish to make the status inactive for any of the locations you can do it here.


  1. You can now stock count from the mobile application by selecting the company and the location.
