Want to add customized menus to your App? Yes, now it is possible. It will not only help you to improve the customer's experience but also will enable you to add menus to ease your customers ' shopping journey.
Let's see how we to configure a custom menu in OrderEasy.
Step 1:
1) Login into your integration portal.
2) Go to the 'Mobile App' menu -> click on 'Dynamic Menu'.
Step 2:
1) To create a new menu, click on the 'Add Page' button on the upper left corner of your screen.
2) On the appeared window, enter all the mandatory details for your custom
menu.
A) Menu Name: Enter the desired name of the menu you want to display in the app.
B) Menu Heading: The reference heading to be shown in the integration portal.
C) Menu Type: Select the desired menu type you want to type from the given two choices...
i)
Text: If you select 'Text', a textbox will appear below the option, where you can type in the content you want to show your customers. You can also see the preview of the content on the right side of the screen.
ii)
Custom URL: This choice will enable you to link any external URL with the menu that you are creating. For example, you can mention your website address.
D) Active/Inactive: You can use the toggle option to show or hide the created menu in the app.
Once all the mandatory information is filled in, click on the 'Submit' button in the upper right corner.
Similarly, you can create as many custom menus as you want. A few commonly used menus are Privacy policy, FAQ, Blog, Contact us, and Website.
Once the menus are created in the app, you can find the menus displayed in sequential order as seen in the below image.
A) Upon clicking the menu "Terms of Service", your customers will be able to see the webpage that you have mapped.
B) Similarly, they can see the text content you have mapped to the "Our vision" menu upon clicking it in the app.
