A Customer is a person who buys goods or services from a shop or business. In Servquick, we can create Customers and categorize them under different groups called Customer Groups.These customer groups are easy to create and more effective than the other applications.

Let's see how to create a customer in ServQuick:
➤ First go to Masters in your home page.
➤ Then select Customer under Customer option.
➤ Click on Add customer at the top right corner.
➤ Enter the personal details of the customer that you are creating.
☆ Enter valid Name, Mobile number, Mail-id, which are the mandatory fields.
Note: The mandatory fields must be filled without fail to avoid confusion.
☆ Under Address details, enter the correct address of your customer.
☆ Under other details, choose the Customer Group to which this customer belongs to. Customers group helps you to find what type of impact a certain customer has in your company.With corporate customers you have a lot of profit by having business with them.You can set them under a group name called corporate customers and assign discount for that group customers so they can feel special and continue their deals with you.
☆ If your store maintains a unique code for each customer then you can enter it in the customer code field. You can enable loyalty applicable if the customer is a regular customer.
*Loyalty is nothing but, if a customer is regular to a store and regularly purchases tthen heshe will be considered loyal and special offers will be provided for them.
☆ In the payment details you can enter the payment mode, credit days, credit limit, and credit balance.
☆ If you want to receive the details as an SMS then you can select the'Yes' option.
➤ Now click on Save.
