Purpose of Creating Distributor in RetailEasy - RPOS7:
Maintaining many distributors makes it difficult to remember and enter them all at the time of transaction. Having a list of distributor codes makes it easier to choose the distributors.
Benefits of Creating Distributor:
By creating distributor codes,
Billing purchase invoices can be made fast and accurate with the code provided.
Distributor purchases can be tracked easily.
A Guide to create a new Distributor:
Step 1: Go to Purchase -> Masters -> Distributor.
Step 2: Under the Details tab, enter the distributor name, address, and contact information in the Details section.
Step 3: Enter the Discount percentage, Status of the distributor, and Credit type in the Contact section.
Step 4: Once you enter the GSTIN number, the PAN number, state, and location will automatically get updated. Once you click Save, the distributor will be added to the Distributors list.
Step 5: Now Go to Purchase -> Purchase Invoice.
Step 6:
Enter the distributor code and click enter to select from the distributor list.
Select the distributor and enter the invoice number.
Your distributor purchase invoice can now easily be prepared.
The ability to filter through branches, distributor types and select accordingly at every time of creating invoice for distributor saves time and makes the process more efficient.
