How to create a location in ServQuick?

Location is a feature in ServQuick that lets you manage multiple brands and branches under the same domain. It lets you control the business sales of different areas by just changing the location.

 

Benefits:

 

  • With the location feature, the sales can be monitored for any branch using the same domain

  • You can customize the offers and bill templates for every branch using the location

  • With the location feature, you can create several branches, franchises, and distribution centers with a single domain

 

How to add a new location in ServQuick?

 

Step 1:

 

In the home page, go to Settings--> Organization--> Locations.

 

 

Step 2:

 

You will now see a list of all the locations that have been created before. To add a new one, click on Add location.

 

 

Step 3:

 

Enter the Name of the location that you want to add.

 

 

Step 4:

 

Choose the country name from the dropdown shown.

 

 

Step 5:

 

Select the state name from the dropdown.

 

 

Note: The highlighted fields are the mandatory fields that are needed for creating a location.

 

Step 6:

 

Enter the Parent Location (It is the location for which you are creating your branch/franchise)

 

 

Step 7:

 

Choose the Business type (Branch/Franchise/Distribution Centre).

 

 

Step 8:

 

Enter the Time zone of the country entered.

 

 

Step 9:

 

Enter the Starting Sales Sequence that denotes the starting number in which the sales are done.

 

 

Step 10:

 

You can change the Starting Refund Sequence to the desired value, similar to the Sales Sequence.

 

 

Step 11:

 

If you want to connect to the printer from anywhere using the cloud, then you can disable the Disable cloud print.

 

 

Step 12:

 

If you wish to have an option for recalling an order concerning location, then you can enable Location-wise Order Recall.

 

 

Step 13:

 

In the Receipt Templates section, you can select the templates that you want for,

 

  • Sales bill

  • Refund

  • Transfer Out

  • Purchase Invoice

  • Sales Order

  • Purchase Order

  • Transfer Out Delivery

  • KOT

  • Orders

Step 14:

 

In the Bank Details Section, Enter the bank name, Account number, IFSC Code, and click on Save.

 

 

Step 15:

 

Now, there is a success message displayed indicating that the location has been added.

 

 

 

Thus we can add as many locations as needed using the location feature of ServQuick.
