Pricebooks are usually used to change the selling prices of any items with respect to their order types or location. For an instance, if you want to change the selling price of an item named "briyani" for takeaway, then you can change it using this Pricebook feature. After changing the price, it will be reflected on the sales screen. You can select the required order type and see the price change automatically.

Benefits:

Whenever stock's price increases or decreases, you can change the selling price for items based on the changes happened in stock's price. This helps you avoid selling the items as the same rate before and increase your profit!

Steps to create a Pricebook in ServQuick

Step1: Go to Settings, under Promotions select the Pricebooks option

Step2: Click on the Add Pricebooks option

Step3: Enter all the required details like, Name, Location, Order Type, Item Name, Variant, Selling Price

• Enter the Name of the Pricebook

• Choose the Location for which the Pricebook will be applicable

• Choose the Order Type for which the Pricebook is applicable

• Choose the Item Name for which the Pricebook is applicable

• Select its Variant as regular

• In the Selling Price section, you can change the amount as per your decision

• Click on Add. In this way, you can add multiple numbers of items and change their selling prices.

• Click on Save and now the selling price will be saved successfully

--> As you can see, the Selling Price is changed for the selected item based on the Order Type
