RetailEasy on-cloud (TruePOS) lets you add all your branches to your domain to facilitate the unified purchase, sales, stock transfer, and inventory access, franchise flow, etc. RetailEasy on-cloud provides the Branch Area and Circle association to the Branches.
Why create Branch Area and Circles?
Assume that your store has two outlets, in East and West Andheri, Mumbai city. Although the Branch Area is Andheri, Mumbai, the store in East Andheri and the store in West Andheri fall under the different Circles - East Andheri and West Andheri, respectively.
Let's have a look at the steps to create Branch Areas and Circles.
How to create a Branch Area?
Step 1: In the main tab of RetailEasy on-cloud, click on Master > Branch.
Step 2: Branch > Branch Area (from the drop-down).
Step 3: In the Branch Area screen, click on Add Area.
Step 4: In the General section of Create Area, enter the Branch Name.
Step 5: Assign the Status as Active if the Branch in this Branch Area is presently operating, else assign Inactive. Click on Save.
Step 6: A message confirming the successful addition of the Branch Area appears.
How to create a Circle?
Step 1: In the main tab of RetailEasy on-cloud, click on Master > Branch.
Step 2: Branch > Circle (from the drop-down).
Step 3: In the Circle screen, click on Add Circle.
Step 4: In the Create Circle screen, enter the Circle Name.
Step 5: Assign the Status as Active if the Branch in this Circle is presently operating, else assign Inactive. Click on Save.
Step 6: A message confirming the successful addition of the Circle appears.
